Good morning ya'll!  I would like to thank you all.  Yesterday was a awesome day. On the board out in the ocean a sense of freedom was in me. I was very relaxed not a care in the world. It was like all the crap that I e been having to face was washed away and it was a wonderful feeling.  I was riding a wave in and ended up wiping out and got beat up some.  Ended up in the hospital we thought that my ankle was broken there was no break just some torn ligaments and tendons.  Even getting hurt I was still at peace and it was so worth the ride.  

I'm so glad you had a great time at the ocean. Sorry to hear your ankle got beat up a bit. These moments of joy and peace are what keep us going. I hope you have many more. You more than deserve them. Safe huggs.

Thank you dear!  I had a awesome time I forgot how much I love and miss the water.  Regardless hurting my ankle it was so worth it to be at peace.  Thank you ove again and also for the safe hugs hon.  I hope you're doing okay.
