You’re doing great! I’m so sorry to hear about all that you’ve experienced, and I want you to know that you are never alone. We’re here to offer you all of our support and understanding. What happened to you matters! You are important and so are all of the experiences that shaped you. You are not any less of a person for it, and your pain is just as important, valid, and worthy of care as anyone’s.
