      I understand it's hard.  Many emotions at once can really tear a person down and leave them depressed.  Please try to be strong though.  You are an amazingly tough girl.  You got this!!  Everyone is here with you, we'll always be here by your side, and we're even open to just chat. 

      I'm going through things right now as well, so trust me, I understand all the feelings and complicated thoughts that flood your head every second of every minute of every hour of every day.  You're not alone!!
