  1. I hope everyone is doing well! I have been having a tough time but I am going to share with everyone what I am doing to make the day not just okay but to feel confident. I look at myself and say I am BEAUTIFUL. I am  STRONG. I am AMAZING. When I start having the panic attack or even when I am angry I do this process. Breathe in for 4 to 8 count hold for 4 to 8 breathe out for 4 to 8 count how ever long you can handle my co worker runs meditation classes and she has helped me with everything!!

      anytime I see my attacker in public I do it and I don't freak out as bad

      That's good, not good honestly, doing really badly after the anniversary of being sa'd 3 years ago. :(

I feel all I do on here is vent but that's what this site is all about trying to reach out for help but I don't know what else to do i have to schedule a few appointments an ob I have not gone in almost 2 years due to the attack and i am really scared i don't want anyone down there i am freaking out also i have to see a new therapist the other one that the government gave me was not working and i am just freaking out it doesn't help that i had a trigger going out in public for the first time alone how can i think that talking to a stranger about this will help sorry that this is all i do i just can't handle this alone soon will be the anniversary of that bad day i seem to be crying more get more panic attacks and im on here more hoping to talk to someone that has been stronger and gotten alot better i dont feel alone but i don't want to have to berdon my mom or my boyfriend even tho they are more than supportive and talk to me  but i feel like i am hurting them in the process i know my step dad cries when he thinks about it i dont want them to be sad anymore

      I'm sorry your ex did that to you. Makes ya want to slap the ever living dog doo out of him, but can't. As for my stuff it's ok. I've been coping with my abuse for 23 years or so now. I agree on what Patricia said about the T thing too. Most of the ones I've been to have been a waste of time, so don't be afraid to grill the heck out of them to make sure they are a good fit and will be helpful is all I'll say.

  8. Feeling Down

    I am not feeling the greatest lately. The attack has been coming up more in my head =[ I just started talking to a therapist and she asked me to explain my attack and all of the progress that i have made feels like i am back to square one. with the night mares, nervous about people being around me, going in public places i don't know what seeking help will do so far nothing now i am having panic attacks left and right i dont know what to do

  11. doing so much better than the last time I have been on here. I have been  doing nothing but working out doing homework and hanging out with my love and family when I started this website I felt like I had no one that will help me in this tough time but I do my family and my boyfriend have been doing nothing but supporting me also I am getting help with the PTSD I guess I have

    anyone need someone to talk to i will try my best to get on here more

    Thank you! We are now better than ever. I am sorry I didn't respond I have been off this site just trying to fix our relationship and I am a full time student now. I have told him everything I have not been having as much nightmares. what I am doing is when I feel upset or someone has mentioned it I will just turn to doing my homework or work out at my home I have also have gotten help they put me on medication it helps when I am in public places and get scared

    I know heard that this will help my co worker sent me to this site to tell my store and get help well i was hanging out with my boyfriend at the time and his friends we all went to eat and we were going to go to a hotel and we all were going to party i thought that this would be fun my boyfriend and i were doing great so he told me that his friend will drive me there while he goes and gets the alcohol well his friend took me and i relaxed on the bed playing with my phone laying on my belly the friend didn't waste any time he didn't undress me he just pulled down my jeans didn't unbutton them but ripped them and started from the back side and i screamed and cried to stop that it hurts so half way through it he got tired of me fighting it he turned me over and i seen how scary his face was and realized that fighting will not help he is going to finish no matter what and i still needed to get to my car so i let him finish and asked to take me to my car after i called my friend and to see if he was working and he knew something was wrong i was shaking and crying he called the cops i made a statement but the lawyer told me that there was no point they are just going to say it was my fault and it would take a lot to get him thrown away in jail so i just dropped the case but i still see him a lot on the road and sometimes the mall i don't know how to act normal when i see him i freak out but one time i did see him i had a cigarette in my hand so i flicked it and it got his neck the help i need is how do i make my relationship with the love of my life work when he comes home to our house and i am not fully awake i freak out he has to wake me up a few times a night i relive the night a lot when will i feel like myself when will i not feel dirty when will i be happy 100 percent
