    My T just cancelled session for tomorrow and I am panicking. I feel like I can't breathe. I don't know what I'm supposed to do now. I needed that session so bad. :(

      Im sorry Poppy, sitting with you in your panic if you would like? I do hope that your T can see you next week. I saw my T today but know she cant fit me in next week, so I feel panicky about not having that one person I can explain all these feelings and reexperiencing too for 2 weeks.
