Hello and welcome to AS! Very glad youve joined us even though you had to suffer through that trauma. My T recomended this page to me as well and at first it was a bit scary now I don't know where I'd be without it. Lots of people here that can share with you about their traumas and help you to cope with yours as well there is always an understanding ear here and a shoulder to cry on.

Welcome to AS. I am very sorry for the traumas you've endured, both as a child and as an adult. Nobody has the right to hurt another this way. I am glad you were referred to us and glad you decided to take that step. It is not always easy reaching out, but you will find the members here are very understanding. I do wish you the very best on your continuing journey of healing.
