Harder than I thought...

Hi,

This is alot harder than I thought it would be. Obviously I'm new and I have been struggling with repeated horrible dreams about my rapee and anxiety whenever I see a man walking by me. It's terrible. I'm hoping that some therapy and this site can help me overcome these things.

AS is a very supportive community and I hope it helps you a little. Starting therapy early on is also a very important step.
