Things are ugly at home again. 

I gave myself an early birthday present and went to a spa. Floating around in salty water is ASMR on another level. 

Went eating Korean with friend today and bought hygiene products in bulk.  Felt nice getting that done. 

Only issue was my travel home. I waited at the train station as some intoxicated man approached me, and I got so upset I dropped my tacos... 

Well, came home to my mother's newly baked muffins. 

I've spent the afternoon trying to read old cursive (like 18th-19th C) and browsing virtual archives for documents. I am writing an essay. 

I ordered pizza too. I will maybe sort my clean laundry out later and try to hit the gym.

Wonder if .y week could possible     get worse  than it  has  so far 

So came home to my parents fighting. 

Being at the hospital is always triggering, but I'm gonna try and settle down and do some studying now. 

I've past the entire semester!  This has never happened before, I am so happy! 

I think After Silence really saves my life. I'm starting to love myself just being here. Thank you so much everyone for your kindness 💌

My boss is starting the paper work. I am going to Åland Islands for the summer to work. 

I am so excited! 

I will attend final interview for a new job tomorrow. Finally, after almost 1 year of unemployment due to CPTSD. Wish me luck

I know my posting and involvement has been less and less lately.  I’ve been in a bit of a funk, trying to acclimate to job and family (and pet) demands, new sleep schedules, and to top it off, am getting over being sick last week…getting back to 100% IS a thing!!  It all adds up!  I want you all to know though, that I DO still come here daily and think of all of my friends every day.  There is something comforting about being here, even if not much is said.  It is still comforting to see all of you, even if just in name.  Sending you all hugs!!  ❤️

I got an A on one of my classes!!!! 

Really wish I had someone to talk to, I’m lonely. It’s my daughter’s birthday soon I don’t know if i can cope 

Feeling stressed for tomorrow, there is a lot to do. But if I just keep to my plan it will probably work out. 

They tortured me... 😞

Exercise feels great these days, really makes me connect with my body. It is important to me that the whole process is enjoyable.

I was almost a human being until that corrupt Policeman put me in a public toilet...
