      thank you @josiel @patriciag @Painnbroken @LuthienTinuviel for the well wishes. i crashed from the constant pain afterwards. they do suck to have but its apart of my life now i guess so ill keep toughing it out. knowing i had well wishes helped to ease the pain.

      I too had to accept they are part of my life, the hard part is when someone thinks they are just  headaches.
