Hi, all, like so many of you I am relatively new to this site. I have been kind of looking around and trying to get a feel for what it is like here and have been impressed by the amount of support you seem to offer. I have been dealing with the aftermath of the abuse for a long time, and it seems to come up time and time again in different ways for me. Starting to feel overwhelmed again, I am hoping to find support, understanding, and comfort to continue the process of healing. And I hope that along the way I am able to help someone else with their recovery.

Thanks for listening and thank you AS for creating a supportive community. I know that a lot of time must go into this site, but it is especially appreciated since there are no support groups in my area.
