    Hi and welcome! I second what John said. Granted I've only been on since this weekend but I've already found people to be amazingly supportive. You didn't deserve whatever happened to bring you here, but you do deserve to heal. Trying to heal isn't simply "seeking attention". This is a great place to find support, share when you need to and get distracted when you just want to try to think of something else.   11. So I don't know what to say other than THIS is still all very new for me and I'm trying to find ways to deal/cope/recover/survive/move on, any and all of those phrases really. I still have a lot of emotions that I'm trying to deal with that seem overwhelming when I let myself sit and think about things.
