Hello to you all!

I don't really know what else to say, except that I have been touched by the kindness and support that I have read about here since I found this site yesterday. Only one person knows about my abuse and I find it hard to discuss, but reading that other people are out there who feel the same way has been a real encouragement to me today. So, 'hi' and 'thanks'.

I know you're just at the beginning stages of speaking out and I can't be more proud of you for taking a new step in the right direction. We hope that here at 'After Silence' you can find that peace and strength to finally speak out. But please know that we understand all things come with time and patience and you are healing in your own way.
