i found this site because i was looking for a place to go to help with my healing process. I am 22 and was sexually abused by my grandpa until i was 12 years old..

I dont really talk about it much because its hard to start a conversation about it all..so i thought that joining this site would help me...its hard to talk about it all now but i hope that in time i will feel really comfortable..

I am sorry for what happened to you. I am sorry to say that it will never be easy to talk about. However, it will get easier, and talking does help the healing. Here you can take your time and post as much or as little as you want. The people here are very supportive and understanding. You are not alone. We are all healing. Healing has its ups and downs. but it is worth it. We are here for you.

Just wanted to say thanks for making me feel really comfortable with sharing my feelings...its really hard to find people who can relate to how I feel...I really appreciate it all!..
