Writing and talking online or off is very healing. I am here for you too if you need someone to talk to daily too. Writing about feelings emotions, thoughts, memories, etc. will help you to heal and read books. A good one is by Wendy Maltz Sexual Healing

I've got to agree with what everyone else says, start at a pace that you feel comfortable with - eg for me when I started here I spent most of my time in the humour and silliness forum, and read around the other forums when I felt ok with that
