I'm not sure.

But I do know that talking heals.

Journaling heals.

Poetry heals.

Creativity heals.

Just some of the things that have helped me.

I'm sure others have much better ideas.

Hope this is a good start.

My inbox is always open.

Everyone is different and has their own path to recovery.

Personally I think talking is really helpful, to get the feelings out of you.

I've found this site to so useful, because not only do you get the support and advice from those in the healing process, to be heard and not to feel alone, but you can help support others.

In many ways we deal with things together.

Also time is a healer

Just my thoughts

how do you start to heal?

I think that if you are posting here, you've already begun to heal. :)

Everyone is different. It takes your own pace, your own time. :luck:

Healing, for me, is on ongoing process. Each and every day I wake up I make a promise to myself that I will continue my road to recovery. You have taken the first step, that is very brave of you. Sometimes it is baby steps and sometimes the steps are leaps and bounds.

You have support here
