Hi my name is Emma, this is my first time here, and today I went to the police and reported my assault. It was hard telling the police officer about what happened to me, but I feel so much better having come forward.

You should be very proud of yourself for having the courage to speak to the police. It is not an easy thing to do. I can remember how awkward I felt after reporting my assault. We are all here to listen and provide you with any thing we can.
