Hi everyone, hopefully I'm posting this correctly and in the right section!

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tara, I'm 26 and I live in my hometown of Cincinnati, OH. I'm married to an incredibly talented local musician, and we have a five year old daughter that just started Kindergarten this year.

I work as a veterinary technician at a small animal practice near my home. I absolutely love my job, and feel fortunate to be one of the lucky ones that found their calling in life. I simply can't imagine doing anything else for a living. Along with my husband and daughter, I share a living space with my two awesome cats, Loki and Veruca.

I can't wait to talk to fellow survivors. I've spent ten years being scared of joining a group like this, but now I'm ready to heal and move forward with my life. I'm eager to meet people with similar stories.
