I know I was. Thanks to after the silence I realized that I am not crazy like I thought I was, I was /am just having a normal reaction to what has happened to me and now I finally have gotten up the courage to go to therapy. I hope that this website helps you just as much as it has helped me. Everyone here is very supportive and understanding. It is unfortunite that you have a reason to be here but you have made the right decision to reach out for help.
