Hello

I am a 20 year old guy who is not very good at talking about bad stuff.

I registered here because I want to come to terms with several incidents of sexual assault that I have suffered during childhood and adolescence.

I am in therapy because I suffer from chronic depression but I do not feel comfortable with talking to my therapist about this topic.

I hope talking will be easier here and that I will be able to provide some support as well.

Many of us find difficulty talking about the bad stuff, so you are not alone. What you end up sharing is up to you and there is no pressure or judgment. Just do what is comfortable for you.
