Hello I am a 20 year old guy who is not very good at talking about bad stuff. I registered here because I want to come to terms with several incidents of sexual assault that I have suffered during childhood and adolescence. I am in therapy because I suffer from chronic depression but I do not feel comfortable with talking to my therapist about this topic. I hope talking will be easier here and that I will be able to provide some support as well.
