Hi, It's...kind of scary to be in a place like this. I've never been apart of a fourm or group that has so many people that can understand what I'm feeling and going through, when I don't even understand it myself yet. Not sure what I'm looking for here, maybe just...people who I can talk too, honestly.

Anyways I'l stop before I get rambling, I'm nervous enough as it is without having this go on for so long...

I remember what it was like to first join and I assure you that you are not alone in feeling nervous when first coming here! Welcome to AS. I am very sorry that you have suffered trauma, but please know that you have found a safe and supportive site. It's normally to be nervous at first. My first 2 or 3 weeks I didn't even venture out of the welcome forum, just commented on and with other newbies in this forum. There is no time schedule, so take it as slow and easy as you like. I wish you well on your healing journey.
