Hi!

I'm a 21 year old young women who is in her 3rd year of college. I'm originally from California but am studying abroad in Japan right now.

I have PTSD but lately in the last month, most days have been good, and even my bad days have been "normal" bad days like I had when I didn't have PTSD. Today however is one of those days where I feel really anxious.

So I thought I'd say hi and get some support from people who are understanding and supportive.

I get really anxious when I drink coffee so stopped doing that, and when I haven't eaten on time. So I've made a better effort to take care of myself.

I'm a bit clumsy and I bruised my rib yesterday but health problems often also make me sad but I just try to remember all the wonderful good days I have.
