I'm a 28 year old woman with bipolar disorder. I guess the bp is incidental, but it has colored much of my life experiences.

I'm here because...well I guess you know why I'm here.

I'm hoping to be able to tell my entire story, because I haven't been able to do so thus far.

There's a time to stop and consider to look around you wrap yourself in love and yet accept that some of the pain might be down to all the it imposed in the past and my own reaction to it which is fairly variable.

Its time to be a strong confident woman again whilst accepting all that stuff.
