Hi, It's really challenging for me to write on a public board, but wanted to say "hi." I know how hard it is to trust sometimes, and didn't really want to start responding to other posts without at least making some kind of intro. I actually prefer chat to message boards, as that is a lot safer for me.

I'm recovering from a long and varied abuse history, and have dealt a lot with dissociation. I'm fully functioning in life, but only on levels, if that makes sense. Working a lot on balance and figuring stuff out, and the figuring in my brain never stops. I constantly am on the edge of something, but not quite sure what it is, and really don't know if that makes sense to anyone else!
