Hello friends, I’m new to AS but an old soul. My trauma happened years ago but something has triggered horrid nightmares. Working with psychiatrist and T to figure things out, but T thought an online community might be helpful, so here I am. Glad this safe space is here.

Hi Anamcara and welcome. 

I am very sorry for what has led you here...but at the same time, I am glad your T has recommended you reach out. You have found a very supportive community with many understanding and kind members. You are not alone. 

We also have many old souls, young souls...and all sort of souls in between. We are such a diverse group, but all support each other as we travel this path, we call healing.

Feel free to look around and jump in when you feel ready to do so. I wish you nothing but the best as you continue your journey of healing.
