I don't have DID, but I have talked to a few patients that have it. I did mental health clinical at a state hospital that believes it does exist. I definitely believe it exists, especially after talking to a few people with it. I'm glad you at least are aware of your "alters" Thanks for the heads up & welcome here! ~Carmello

I won't say I know how you feel, because nobody does. I am new too, and have absolutely no idea how to begin to heal. For over a month, all I've been doing is trying to get a protection order, press charges, and keep up with school. Hopefully this will help both of us. Take care!
