Hi everyone. I'm Marissa, almost 17 years old. I've never talked to anyone besides my mom, dad, and boyfriend about what happened to me when I was younger. I put it out of my mind for a couple of years and told myself that I was over it, but I'm not. I'm not even close to being over it.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to everyone :)

It's hard to explore what happend to you, push it away for a bit, then to realize how much more you actually have to heal. It's quite on going, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel hun, you just have to search for it as you heal.

Posting and talking about it is definitely a very good start. Congrats on your very first post. :)

Keep at it if you need to or sit back and read as much as you would like. Just know that we are all here for you anytime and that you're not alone.
