Scars - they make you remember

It is said that the eyes are the window to the soul

What do you see when you look at me

What do you see when you stare into my eyes =

do you see the fear you inflicted on me

do you see the scars that you left after being done with me

do you see the stranger you made me out to be

you won't realise the difficulty of looking myself in the eyes every day, knowing that what i know what i see will always be there

even after you are gone
