Hello everyone! I am completely new to AS and found the group from someone online after doing MONTHS of research looking for any form of chat or online support for survivors. After peeking around I am so glad to be here, where people understand! Anyone know if there is a thread or anything about the anniversary date and how people cope? Mine is my birthday which is next month and I don't know how I will handle it... Any tips? (I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, I looked around but didn't seem to find anything on this)

We currently don't have a forum for coping with anniversaries, but we are constantly adding new ones so maybe we will in the future. Thank you for the suggestion!
