Hey,

I'm a newbie here. I'm 26, well for a few more hours, and have reached a point in my life where I know I need to work through my past. I'm totally terrified of doing so, and to be honest I'm not sure if I am ready yet.

I don't know if I will ever be ready. I'm hoping to find reassurance that something so scary is worth facing. Glad I found this place.
