Hi all.

I wanted to introduce myself.

I'd rather not use my real name but everyone can call me Bobbi.

I'm from the south of England.

Could anyone suggest the best place to start on here, please?

I'm just starting out really and would like advice/inspiration without reading to much triggering stuff.

I agree with found that you should read the rules and guidlines first, but after that its really up to you, take a look around, usually things that are triggering will have trigger warnings, but its kind of hard because every one is triggered by different things. Maybe you could try looking at the healing tips and inspiration forum click here
