Hi, my name is Stephanie. I am a twenty-two year old woman. I find that I am slowly accepting the sexual abuse that occurred when I was younger. I am finding that many aspects of my life have been affected by it and I cannot ignore it any longer. I want to find a more positive place for myself, but I know it will be a struggle. I look forward to participating in this community.

Hi Stephanie,

Taking steps towards your healing is a very positive way to deal with the past, and I think that by taking these steps you are now you're certainly only going to help yourself deal with what the future has to hold. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing you here in our online community :)
