Welcome to AS! I'm sorry you have reason to be here, but I'm glad you've found us. AS is a very supportive, caring, wonderful corner of the Net-space which has saved my life during the course of my recovery journey. I hope you'll come to see that it's a place of compassionate fellow survivors that are here for you.

I'm sorry you're struggling right now, and when you're ready, please feel free to share about it in the Aftermath forum. It's a really great place to validate not only what you're going through, but that you are not alone in your feelings or pain.

In the meantime, I encourage you to explore the other forums, especially the Humor and Silliness forum, which can be a good way to get out of yourself and have a laugh or two. The chatroom is also a good place to go to network with other survivors and get to know the place a little better.
