Hi everyone. I was sexually assaulted as a child and I've just started the recovery process as an adult - it's taken eighteen years to get here. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and panic attacks. Luckily I've started going to counseling and it has been helpful. I am grateful to have found this community and look forward to chatting with everyone. -hp6
