i'm a member of another board...that looks almost identical to this one. i really appreciate that place and its awesome mods/members, but due to events in the past year and the fear of real life people finding me there, i don't feel as 'safe' anymore. i've been using the unsafe feeling as an indirect excuse to keep from discussing things. that message board has been the primary environment in which i've found any courage towards healing. it's incredible how validating it can be to have people without skin listen...and offer support.
