Hi everyone

This is all really strange for my…..finally trying to deal with stuff that happened almost 25 years ago. Not sure why I’ve signed up to this but found you a couple of days ago and it seems like a real support group. I’m also about to sign up for my first ever session of counseling, so what with that & this, just a little bit nervous! ……Scary stuff! Not quite sure how I’m going to deal with the whole process……have a huge desire to just dive under the duvet again!

However, having read some of your stories, I feel amongst kindred spirits……much luv, KG xxx
