Hello everyone, I am not sure exactly what to say here.....I'm not good at introductions of any kind. I'm just thankful that I have come across this site through many days of searching for support. I have for a long time dealt with my feelings alone and am now willing to reach out and hopefully grow to overcome my past. I hope to eventually no longer blame myself and feel guilty and ashamed. I look forward to hopefully being able to share my story and help others in the process.
