Hey read your post, you have NOTHING to feel ashamed about! Okay your having a tough time but that doesn't make you a bad person (let yourself feel what you want to feel)! I think you just need to make time for yourself, go and relax and let your mind empty, it may be hard but it will help and most of all don't worry! There is no right way to feel! Although i have never suffered sexual abuse i was r**** so i can relate a little but i'm here if you ever need to talk! :hug::hi:
