I am so sorry for the abuse that you experienced at the hands of your step-father, you should never have experienced such horrific experiences and I am truly sorry that you did

Please know that what happened was in no way your fault and that you can heal from and recover from what you have experienced, even though it seems had there is hope, and you will heal
