Reintroducing Myself

Hello,I am an old member of A.S.I have been going threw a long and tough recovery and I just haven't had the energy to come on here even though I did miss coming.I am a survivor of Incest Abuse.I kept silenced for most of my life and just came out a few yr's ago with telling my mom that I was sexually abused by her father that was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life.I am 28 now and I told New Yrs Eve 2006.I have been in Therapy since I came forward and it's been great but very painful journey but one that is worth it.I'm glad to be back on here I can't wait to reconnect with A.S.
