I recently bought a used kindle fire so I can access AS at my fingertips when I need support most...but I can only view the message board, but cannot post or reply. The little keyboard doesn't show up when I get to the reply box, so I can't do anything. It is very frustrating and it would be so helpful if someone knew a workaround. Sometimes I am at work, and need AS support, but cannot go onto AS on my work computer, so the tablet is my only option. If anyone knows how to make it work, PLEASE let me know. It is much needed :/
