Hi, everyone, im new here. I don't know if I can handle all this stress. I have my first appointment in the morning with a therapist but she doesn't know why Im coming so Im sure Ill have to tell her about what happened. at least tell her why Im there. I don;t think I can say it out loud. Im scared, I don;t want to feel the emotions that I know are inside me trying to come out. My husband says I have to go FOR HIm he says. but im the one who is going to have to say why im there and answer the question.
