Hello, New here and could use some help. I was watching a show earlier this week and I guess it must have triggered me because this incident that happened almost 10 years ago has been on my mind ever since. I’m confused about the situation because I’ve always written it off as bad sex but I keep bursting into tears when I think about it. Not sure what I’m looking for, i just don’t really have anyone to talk to about this.
