I am new to this. This is my first day. I dont know what im supposed to write. My therapist recommended for me to try and find an online support group (since i dont really have the urge to be in a physical one). Googled support groups and this came up. Still getting use to this site, poking around clicking on different tabs to see what im doing, lol. I don;t know what to open up about what ive been through. It's something that happened 13 years ago. It only recently came up when i went to visit a psychiatrist and then i talked about it a little bit with my therapist. It's it funny, maybe not f
