    Hello everyone....new to this group and looking for any kind of support I can get.  Struggling lately about my past childhood abuse, just recently opened up about it and it seems since I have my days are more gloomy than ever.

      Welcome to After Silence! I'm sorry you have circumstances that led you to this place, though please know it is a very supportive place. I recommend checking out the forums, and doing some reading on different posts if you're in a good head space to do so.

      I understand that things seem very bleak when you first start coming to terms and dealing with trauma. You're very brave for seeking help. I cannot promise that it will be easy, but I can promise that this is one of the most supportive places I've come across.
