Hello I'm new to this site. I'm not sure what to write but Ill try my best. I've always been bad at expressing myself and seeking support but i'm trying to change that. I've always struggled to consider myself a survivor but I'm hoping that giving myself time and surrounding myself with support can alter my point of view. Hopefully I will find a space to share y story and help to support other. Thank you for listening.
