    Been on this sight a few months and I am still scared/anxious to type my story :( If I can't even type it, how will I ever stop this silence? What if I can't heal? Feeling a bit discouraged.

      Don't be so hard on yourself, Sonder. I've been here almost 3 years, and I have yet to relay my full story. Small bits and pieces maybe, but mostly the struggles associated with it. Beyond that, I was virtually quiet for 30 some years with not telling a soul. I think if you took a poll on the site, you would be surprised at how many members have not. You aren't alone, even in this. Our time may come when we can, but until then, find other ways to help you. It's not all or nothing, and unless you give up, there is always hope.
