Hi, I have just started using this site as well. Abuse is very hard to talk about, and I think that all of those who go through it have a tendency to blame themselves. We blame ourselves because our bodies respond to what happens, but as stated above it is not your fault. If you ever need someone to talk to I am willing to respond to you! I may not always have the right things to say, but I have gone through abuse as well. I hope you find ways to understand and overcome! Stay strong dear! -ashleigh -
