    Hi there, I'm a female grad student in Canada, in my early twenties. I spent a lot of time in denial about what happened to me as a kid until I was suddenly triggered for the first time about eight months ago. I feel more stable than I did then but sometimes I'm still confused about how the trauma does or doesn't affect me, so I'm hoping getting to know other survivors will help me untangle my own threads a bit.
