Thank you so much for the warm welcome everyone. Thanks Baillie for sharing how much writing that letter has helped you. I've thought about writing a letter, but it's still too difficult for me at this point. I'm amazed that I can still be in denial about what happened. The logical part of me knows what happened, but I still can't believe it's true. It feels like it happened to someone else. I've been in therapy for a while though and it's a true life line. zia

Hello all. I am 27 and a survivor of sexual assault, (although it's still difficult for me to say that). I have trouble saying the "r" word, so I call it the assualt.
